THE SEQUENCE OF EVENTS FOR BOOKING INSPECTION!
1) Customer and technician have preliminary conversation on specific needs of the client re testing. Customer confirms property access will be provided to technician and any tenants who will be on location during the inspection will wear masks. Please note Inspector will provide masks if needed.
2) Technician sends customer an invoice for payment
3) Customer pays invoice.
4) Customer and technician schedule date and time of appointment
5) Technician performs lead dusting test.
6) Technician delivers test samples to laboratory
7) Laboratory delivers test to technician. (Usual turn around time is usually within 3-5 business days).
8) Technician delivers test results to Customer, and certification, (if applicable.) (*)
9) Customer delivers certification to tenant for tenant's signature.
(* ) Assuming test results are positive.
